늘 주문해서 먹어보지만 끄레모소에 볶아주는 원두 커피는 참 정직한것 같아요^^
갓 볶은 원두를 받아 그 내음만 맡아도 신선함이 느껴지고 로스팅하는 과정 과정에 들어잇는 정성까지도 보이니 말이에요..
제가 주로 애용하는 원두커피는 시다모와 케냐 AA top 입니다. 시다모는 다른 커피와 달리 입맛을 당기는 단 맛이 일품이고 케냐AA는 커피의 깊은 맛이 나기때문이죠. 특히 설탕없이도 단 맛이 나는 커피라 저흐 ㅣ와이프가 더 좋아한답니다..
아무쪼록 나날히 발전하시는 모습 보니 기분이 좋구요. 더욱 더 발전하시길 바라겠습니다.^^
